Paul runs London Marathon and raises over £8000

Paul ran his first ever marathon in London this April. The marathon was gruelling but he managed to complete it in 4 hours 42 minutes which he was delighted with as he only took up running the previous year. He was overwhelmed with the incredible atmosphere and support he received during the run and managed to raise the fantastic sum of £8000 for charity.

Paul and Louis’ biathalon raises over £7000 for charity

Paul and his eldest son, 15 year old Louis, completed a half marathon on a very hilly circuit immediately followed by a 22.5 mile bike ride taking in many of the Hertfordshire hills.

They were delighted to raise over £7000 for Chai Cancer Care, a charity which provide comprehensive, professional and expert services for cancer patients, their families and friends.

Deacon Search supports the Alzheimer’s Society at our 2016 annual drinks

We always choose a charity to collect donations for at our annual drinks event, and this year we raised nearly a £1000 for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Paul raises £4000 for Norwood

Paul completed a demanding cross country charity bike ride through Israel.
Starting in The Golan he faced tough hills and off road terrain in sweltering heat, cycling over 240 miles south to Tel Aviv in aid of Norwood Charity. We’re proud to announce that he raised £4000 for this fantastic cause which supports thousands of people with learning disabilities and children and families in need across the UK.

Dan raises over £6000 climbing Ben Nevis

Dan completed a challenging 95-mile walk followed by reaching the summit of Ben Nevis.
Dan walked the West Highland Way (95 miles) and finished with an ascent of Ben Nevis to raise £6 000 for Camp Simcha, an amazing charity which seeks to improve the quality of life of children and their immediate families suffering from cancer and other life threatening illnesses.
