Paul and his eldest son, 15 year old Louis, completed a half marathon on a very hilly circuit immediately followed by a 22.5 mile bike ride taking in many of the Hertfordshire hills.
They were delighted to raise over £7000 for Chai Cancer Care, a charity which provide comprehensive, professional and expert services for cancer patients, their families and friends.
