Harry Austin


Harry specialises in recruiting fee-earners for law firms at a variety of levels, ranging from newly-qualified associates up to the level of counsel. He has placed lawyers into a variety of practice areas over the past several years, ranging from finance, restructuring, real estate, corporate M&A, financial services regulation, dispute resolution, tax, and media law. Whilst most of his recent work has been for larger firms with an international footprint, he has also acted for smaller City and West End firms.

Interests: Harry has an eclectic range of interests, including boxing, live rock and metal music, the gym and fishing.

Surprising fact about Harry: The self-acclaimed Paul McCartney of Bedford, Harry is a bass guitarist. The highlight of his musical career to date was playing out of time in a three-piece band to a half empty pub in the Home Counties.
